by other groups or persons, for the purpose of enabling the cost of ~
maintenance and operation thereof to ~e op~ortuned amongst a lar~er ~
number of persons, provided, however, thai; at such tirr,e as all of the
condominiums to be located in t~ie Colonnade~ Condaminium Complex
shall have been completed, all agreements or leases for the use of
the Demised Premises by ar.yone other than such association or the
residents and occupants of the said Colonnades Condominiums, shall
terminate. Itis recoonized and ackno~vledged that the Lessor under
the terms of this Lease may be one or more of the officers and direc-
tors constitutin~ the originaT Board of Directors and Officers of the ,
Lessee, and that all of the persons constituting the original Board of
Directors ar.d Officers of the Lessee and persons who may be sub~ect to
the control or influence of the Lessor. Each apartment awner, for him-
sel~', his heirs, successors and assi~ns waives all ob~ection to such ;
circumstance and ratifies and a~rees i;o be bound by the tern;~ and pro-
visions of this Lease to the same extent as if he had ~oined in the ex-
ecution hereof for all purposes herein expressed, as well as for the
purpose of; (a) sub~ectiz~g all of his ri~ht, title and interes~: in
his condominium ap~rtmeni: and to the common elements appurtenant t;here-
to to i;he lien rights granl;ed tt~e Lessor under the provisior,s hereof;
(b) a~reeing to perfor~n each ai~3 every of. the covenants, promises and
undertakinUs to be performed by condominium apartment unit owners wher-
ever so provided in this Lease; and (c) rat~fying, confirming an3 ap-
p~.~ovin~; each and every provisi.on herein contained, and acknowled~in~;
thai; all of the Lerms and provisions hereof, includin~ i~he rental re-
; s~rved, are reasonable.
