All such policies will nan~e the Lessee and Lessor, as their respective interests may appear, as the parties insured by such policy or policies, ~rni the ori~inal or a true copy of' each of such polic3es sha11 be delivered by Lessee to Lessor promptly upon ~he ~~~riting of such pol3cy or policies, together with adequate evidence of ~he fact that the premiums therefor are paid; and, in any event, such policies and evidence of paymznt by the I.,essee of the premiums shall be delivered by the Lessee to Lessor before the expiration oP ar~y then similar coverage and in time to assLre the Lessor Ll~at , such covera~e will be carried continuously. The said insurance policy or policies shall be in such form as herein set ~orth ~r.3 in such compar.y ~r companies, and in such amoU~ts, 3n add- ition to the minimum amounts specified herein as the Lessor ~ shall reasonably require. The said policy or.policies shall , contain a provision reciting that the coverage provided thereby may not be cancelled or changed without actual notice bein~ given to the Lessor. c. Property Insurance.
