ment, all in the same manner, 2nd sub3ect to the sams pro-
vis3ons, as set fbrth for disbursal of
funds for reconstruc-
tion and repa.ir in para.~raph 13 d. (1) hereo~.
(3) If payment of the net award as aforesaid sha11 ~
not be rece3ved by Lessor in time to peY~mit paymznts as
the work oi' restoration and replacement progresses, the Les-
see shall, nevertheless, perf'orm and fully pa.y for such
work without delay (except for unavoidable delays over which
the Lessee has no control) and payment of the amount to
whicli Lessee niay be entitled shall thereafter be made by Les-
sor out of said neL award as and when payment of such net
award is received by Lessor. If the i'unds to be applied by
Lessor be insufficient to pay the entire cost of such restor-
ation, the Lessee a~rees to pay any deficiency and to depos-
it the amaunt of such deficiency, as estimated by the archi-
tect or contained in a contract w3th Lessor to perform such
work, prior to the work being performed. ~
(4 ) Frorn and after the date of vesting of title in
such proceedin~, a~ust proportion of the rent, aecor3ln~ ;
to the natur.~ and extent of such talcing, shall aUate the re-
mainder of the term of this Lease.
(5 ) If after ma'~cing the payments provided for in Para--
graph 15 a(2) there rernains any Ual?nce in Lessor~s hands,
it shall be retained by Lessor-as its pi*operty.
