g. It is furt;her covenanted and a~reed by and beL-ween the
partics her.~to Lhat in the event of the termination of thls Leas~ ~
at any t3me befor~ the expiration of the term of years hereby
created, for Lhe breach by the Lessee of any of the covenants
herein contained, then all of the ri~ht, estate and interest of
the Lessee in and under tl~is Indenture and in the Demised Prem-
ises, and all additions and accessions thereto then situated on
the said Der~ised Premises, to~ether with all rents, issues and
profits oP said premises and the improverr.ents thereon, whether
then acerued o r to acerue, and all insurance policies and all in-
sura.nce mon3es paid or paYable thereunder~ and the then entire
undisbursed balance of any building escro~•~ fund, and the entirc
undisbursed balance of any then existing ~oint bank account whieh ma
have been created under the terms hereof, and all of them, shall
