obligations under the ter;r,s of this Lease, the Lessor will be deemed
to have prevailed ii~ such dispute or controvez°sy, and to be entitled
to the recovery of his reasonable attorney~s fees incurred in connec-
tion therewith. .
27. Solvency of Les~ee. If, during the terins of this Lease, (a)
the I,essee

(b) a voluntary or involuntary petition shall be filed by or ag23nst
the Lessee under a~y law havin~ 1'or its purpose the ad~udication of

posiLion, ad~usti~~ent, modification, settlerr.ent or satisfaction of i:he
liabilities of' the Lessee or the reorgani2ation of the I~ssee; or (c)
a per~nanent receiver be appointed for the property of the Lessee; or
(d) any governmental authorif:y shall take possess~on of the lands de- ~
scribe3 in the Declaration of Condominium of the Conciominium, this Lease, ~
at the option of the Lessor, shall be terminateci and shall expire fully
and cor~pletely as if t~~e day of
