makin~ full disclosure of all of the terms and provisions hereof . Each
such person expressly agrees and consents tllat m3nor ehanges, .delet~!ons,
additions and amendments may be made to this Lease prior to the record-
ation thereof, and without further advice or notice to such person,
for the purpose of correcting typographical errors, comp]ying with ~he
requiraments of an institutional mort~agee, or for other reason,_pro-
vided such deletion, addition andjor amend~nent snall not ma~erial.ly
adversely arfect the rights of such person oP the Lessee llereurx3er.
3?. Gender and Use of Sin~ular or Plural. Ylherever the context
hereof so requ res o~° perm s e use o e singular shall include the
plural, and the use of the plural shall include the singular; and the
use of any gender shall include all genders.
