For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/100 Dollars
to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which

is hereby acknowledged. we hereby release the property hereinaf ter '

described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract '
dated February 20, 1959. by and between North Bcach Water Company~
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporation, a ~
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, Page 596~ and '
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27, 1960, and revised
Agreeme~t recorded in Book 78 at Page 497, of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property,
a
situated in St. Lucie County, Florida, is described as follows: j
Lots 45, 46, 4~? and 48, Block 4 and Lots 8 and 9, Block 3, Coral f
Cove Beach Subdivision, Section One, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 11 at Pages 30A and 30B of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
