Notice is hereb5~ ~iven that a suit was institu*.ed iu the
above Court , on the /~"~day of' December , 1971 , b~~ the above named
Plaintif~f against the aUove Defendants.
The propert~~ involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece
of land and personalt~ located thereon, situate, lyin~ and Ueing in
St. Lucie Count~. Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
"The SOUtII one (1) Acre of the following described property: The
Noi•th 622 1%2 feet of the South 1037 1/2 feet of tte East 210 feet
of the West li2 of the Southeast 1~4 c~f the Northwest 1!4 of
