~ KNOW ALL MEN BY 1NESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, Granada Groves Corporation, ~
a Florid~ corporation, as Lessor under a certain Indenture of Lease with
Minute Maid Groves Corporation made as of the lst day of November 1954,
did assign, by instrument dated the 5th day of May I967, said Indenture

of Lease to Tfie First National Bank at Orlando, a national banking assoc-
iation, whose address is 200 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida; and

records of Polk, Pasco, St. Lucie and Orange Counties in the State of ~

Florida, and appears among the public records of said counties respectively
