Before me this day personally appeared, CHARLES R. P.
BROWN, who, being duly sworn, deposes and says as follows:
That he is well acquainted with one Marie D. Christensen,
a widow, who has lived in St. Lucie County, Florida, for many
years; that the said Marie D. Christeasen executed a warranty deed
dated December 13, 1971, to Anthony Backiel and Frieda Margaret
Backiel, his wife, conveying Lot 23, Sheen's Map of White City, -
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 23, Public Records,
St. Lucie County, Florida, as said deed is recorded in O.R. Book
197, page 2750, Public Records, St. Lucie County, Florida; that said
Marie D. Christensen signed said deed as "Marie D. Christensen"
although she was named as grantor in said deed by the spelling
"Marie D. Christiansen;" that said Marie D. Christensen is the
; awner and holder of a mortgage from Anthony Backiel and wife to
herself recorded in O.R. Book 197, page 2761, Public Records, St.

Lucie County, Florida; that the said spelling of the name of Marie

` D. Christensen in said warranty deed and said mortgage and copies
~ of promissory note attached thereto is incorrect and should have `
E
~ been spelled as said was executed, to wit: "Marie D. Christensen;"
~
c that your affiant knaws of his awn knawledge that the person des-
;
~
~ cribed in said warranty deed as Marie D. Christiansen and said
~
~
~ mortgage and promissory note as Marie D. Christiansen are one and
~ the same as said Marie D. Christensen in the manner in which she
~
executed 5aid war~anty deed.
