IN LEASE

which is hereby acknowledged, hereby assigns and conveys to W. S. E
llU BOSE, INC., a T~xa~ carporation ,hereina£ter called Assignee,
whose mailing address is Post Office Box 11449, Fort Worth, Texas 76109,
all of the Assignor's rights, title and interest, which consists of
the entire landloxd's interest, in and~to that certain lease dated
Aug. 5, 1971, between W. S. Du Bose, as lessor and Air Control
p~'~~~~~s Q~ Ft.Pier~e,Inc.;~s lessee, ceL~ering the followir.g ~es~ribed
proper:y and improvements to be erected thereon:
Tnat part of the NE~ of the NE; of the SW~ of Section 34,
Totmship 35, SouLh, Range 40 East, containing about 3 acres, more
or less, and lying South of Platts Creek.
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM, right-of-way for U. S. Highway l~o. 1.
which lease has a term of twenty-five (25) years, commencing upon
the date of the completion of the improvements to be constructed
thereon,-or upon the day the lessee occupies and takes possession
~ o£ the new improvements, whichever date shall first o~cur.

Assignor covenants with Assignee, its successors and assigns,

; that said lan~iord's i.nterest is free and clear of all encumbrances,

~ that Assignor has received no rental payments under said lese and

~ that all stich payments to be made shall be the property of the

~ Assignee, and that Assignor will warrant and defend its title as

~ Assignee accepts this assignment and assumes and agrees to
