' ASSIGNMENT OF LESSOR'S INTEREST IN LEASES
i
This Assiqnment agreement is entered into by W. S. DU BOSE,
INC., a Texas Corporation ("Lessor"); and THE FORT WORTH NATIONAL
BANK, a national bankinq association domicil`ed in Fort Worth, Texas
("Bank"). ~
By lease instrument or instruments described in Exhibit A
attached hereto (which, together with all other leases covering any
part or all of the property described in bxhibit A which may here-
after be entered into, and all renewals and extensions thereof, will
be hereafter referred to as the "Leases"), I,essor's predecessor in
interest, W. S. Du Bose, individually, leased to certain tenant or
tenants (who, toqether with any successors of present tenant and
any tenants under Leases hereafter entered into, will be hereafter
referred to as "the Lessees," whether one or more) that property
("Demised Premises") which is also described in Exhibit A.
IIank has actreed to make_a loan to Lessor evidenced bv the

followinq described promissory note:
; One certain promissory note dated September
; 1971 in the grincipal amount of $162,000.00, due
` on or before 180 days after date, with interest

~ secured by a real estate mortgaqe covering the Demised Premises

~ In consideration of Bank's making such loan and for the pur-

~ and all other indebtedness and liabilities of all kinds to Lessor

~ assignment or otherwise and whether now existing or hereafter arisinq,
