8. Assignment Binding on Other Parties. This Assiqnment will
be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto ~
and their respective leqal representatives, successors and assiqns.
9. Termination of Assiqnment. This Assiqnment will terminate
and be of no effect when all of the Obliqations secured hereby have
been paid in full. i

10. Addresses for Notices. Any notice required or allowed to be ~

given Bank by Lessor must be by written instrument either delivered

' to an off icer of Bank at 800 Main Street, Fort Worth, Texas, or mailed
to Bank at P. O. Box 2050, Fort Worth, Texas, 76101. Any notice which
may be qiven to Lessor under the terms of this Assiqnment will be suf-
ficient if mailed to Lessor at the address shown at the end of this
Assignment.
11. Applicable Law. The 1aw governing this Assignment will be
that of the State of Texas in force on the date of execution of this
Assignment. The duties imposed on Lessor in this Assiqnment are per- ,

-formable in Tarrant County, Texas.
