Intereet shall also be paid annually at the same time as each principal payment. From and after maturity interest shall accrue at the rate of 10$ per annum. If Maker fai2s to pay a~ny installment of principal or interest within 20 days of the date due, Payee may by written notice to Maker declare the entire amount of principal then remaining unpaid, together with all accrued interest, immediately due and payable. In the event of default, Maker will pay all costs of collectfon, including reasonable attorneys' fees. _ , The Maker shall have the privilege of prepaying ~ in whole or in part, the unpaid balance of the principal sum of thia Note and interest accrued thereon to the date ~ of prepayment without payment of a penalty or premium, ~ at any time.
