HomeMy WebLinkAbout0577 ; ~ within 60 days from the date of entry or Mortgagor shall not appeal therefrom or from the order, decree or process ? upon which or pursuant to which such judgment was granted, ~ ~ bnsed or entered, and secure a stay of execution pending ~ ~ such appeal; or (g) if it shall be illeqal for the Mortgagor to pay any tax referred to in Section 6 hereof, or if the payment of such tax by the *•lortqagor will result in the violation of the usury laws of the State of Florida; then in evezy such case: A. Durinq the continuance of any such default, the Mortgagee, by written notice given to the Mortqagor, may declare the entire principal of the Note then outstanding (if not then due and payable), and all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and all other sums due under this Mortgage to be due and payable immediately, and upon such declaration the grincipal of the Note and all accrued and ~ ~ unpaid interest and such sums shall become and be ~ ~ immediately due and payable, anything in the Note i k or in this Mortgage contained to the contrary not- B ~ withstanding. ~ ~ B.
