15. Notwithstanding the appointment of any receiver, ~

Mortgagee shall be entitled to retain possession and control ~
of all property now or hereafter held under this Mortgage. €

16. No remedy herein conferred upon or reserved i

remedy given by this Mortgage to the Mort4qagee may be
exercised from time to time as often as may be deemed ~

expedient by the Mortgagee. Nothing in this Mortgage or `
in the Note shall affect the obligation of the Mortgagor
to pay the principal of and interest on the Note in the
manner and at the time and place therein respectively
expressed.
27. The Mort_qagor will not at any time take
or claim any benefit or advantage of any stay oz extension ~
under any moratorium law which may affect the covenants and ;
