of any power herein granted or delegated to the Mortgagee

and agrees to permit the execution of every power as though 4

no such law or laws had been made or enacted. The Mortgaqor,
for itself and all who may claim under it, waives, to the
extent that it lawfully may, all right to have the Mortgaged
Premises narshalled upon any foreclosure hereof.
18. In case any one or more of the provisions
contained in this Mortgage or the Note shall for any
reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable
in anv resuect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforce- ~

ability shall, at the option of the Mortgagee, not affect
any other provisions of this Mortgage, but this Mortgage
~ shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforce-

~ able provision had never been contained herein or therein.

E 19. All notices hereunder shall be in writing
~ and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given or

~ served for all purposes when presented personally or sent ~

~ notified the party giving such notice in writing. +
