with respect to the Mortgaged Premises, either in
the name of the Mortgagor or otherwise; and the ;
Mortgagee shall be entitled to collect and receive

all earnings, revenues, rents, issues, profits and
income of the Mortgaqed Premises, if any, and after

deducting the (i) expenses incurred in operating, ~

(iii) reasonable conmensation for the services of the

the Mortgagee, shall apply the balance of such funds ~
