in such proceed~nq, and (b) if required by the ~ortgagee,
consent to the appointr.~ent of a receiver of the idortgaged
Premises and of all the earnings, revenues, zents, issues,
profita and income thereof, if any.
15. Notwithatanding the appointment of any receiver,
liquidator or trustee of the Mortgagor, or of any of its
property, or of the Mortgaged Premises or any part thereof, }
Mortgagee shall be entitled to retain possession and control ~
of all property now or hereafter held under this Mortgaqe. ;

16. No remedy herein conferred upon or reserved ~
to the Mortqagee is intended to be exclusive of any other
remedy or remedies, and each and every such remedy shall
be cumulative, and shall be in addition to every other
remedy given hereunder or naw or hereafter existing at
law or in equity or by statute. No delay or omissfon of
thP Mortgaaee to exercise any right or power accruinq
under any default hereunder sha21 ir.cpair any such right ~
or pawer or shall be construed to be a waiver of any such i

~ default or any acqufescence therein; and every pawer and
remedy given by this Mortgage to the Mortgagee may be
exercised from time to time as often as ~nay be deemed
expedient by the Mortgagee. Nothing in this Mortgage or
in the Note shall affect the obligation of the Mortgagor ~
to pay the principal of and interest on the Note in the ~
manner and at the time and place therein respectively
expressed.
