and covenants not to hinder, delay or impede the execution
of any power herein qranted or delegated to the Mortgagee ;
and agrees to permit the execution of every power as though
no such law or laws had been made or enacted. Tre ~lortgagor,
for itself and all who may claim under it, waives, to the '

Premises narshalled upon any foreclosure hereof.
18. In case any one or more of the provisions
contained in this Mortgage or the Note shall for any
reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable ~

in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or unenforce-
ability sha11, at the ontion of the ~ortgagee, not aiiecc
any other provisions of this *~ortgage, but this '~ortgage
shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or unenforce-
able provision had never been contained herein or therein.
I9. All notices hereunder shall be in writing ~
and shall be deemed to have been sufficiently given or
served for all purposes when presented oersonally or sent
by registered mail to any party hereto at its address above
stated or at such other address of which it shall have
notified the party giving such notice in writing.
