This ~lortgage may be executed in any nwnber of counterparts and each of such counterparta shall for all purposes be deemed to be an oriqinaZ. All such counterparts . shall toqether constitute but one and the same Mortgage. 23. Upon the request of Mortgagor, Mortgagee will from time to time ioin in plats, right-of-way deeds of public roadways or other areas, public utility easen~ents,. zoning applications and restriction$ wfth the applicable governmental authorities regarding development of the property pursuant to plans approved by such qovernmental authorities, provided such instruments, and the activities contemplated under them, in the opirtion of the *~ortgagee, will not adversely impair the fair market value of the remaininq Mortgaged Premises. Such ~oinder by t~iortgagee will acknowledge that the lien of this ~4ortgage is subordinate and subject in all respects to such instruments. Such joinder will not be c~eemed or construed as rendering the Mortgaqee liable for the paving of any streets nor for any other development obligatfons assumed by the Mortgagor in connection with any such instrument, and the Mortgagee shall not be liable to anyone, including governmental bodies, by reason of its compliance with the terms of this provision, with respect to any improvements required as a result of any such fnstrument. ~ 24.
