KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Harris Construction Corpor•ation, ~
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida. The
owner and holder of the following certain mortgage deeds, to-wit:

(1) That certain mortgage deed executed by Mary Rolle, a widow in
favor of Harris Construction Corporation, dated April 23, 1960,
in the amount of $2.631.00 and recorded in MtR.Hook 165 at paRe ;
12, public records of St. L~acie County, Florida. '
(2) That certain mortgage deed executed by Franklin A. Harris and '
Valerie V. Harris in favor of Harris Construction Corporation, ;
dated December 15, 1963 in the amount of $2,750.00 and recorded
in O.R.Book 77 at page 6114, public records of St. Lucie County ;

(3) That certain mortgage deed executed by Franklin A. Harris and .

Valerie V. Harris, his wife in favor of Harris Construction
Corporation, dated June 14, 1965 in the amount of $3,464.21,
and recorded in O.R.Book 120, at page 301, public records of
St. Lucie County, FLorida.
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said notes and
mortgage deeds, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby
direct~ the Clerk of the Circuit Court in St. Lucie County, FLorida
