AFFIDAVIT i~,~QS~4
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, duly qualiiied and
acting personally appeared MARGARET L. SCHADE, to me well known,
who, after being by me duly cautioned and sworn, upon oath deposes and
says:
1. That affiant and her husband, HENRY V. SCHADE,
now deceased, were the purchasers of the following described property:
Lot 8, Block 152, Unit No. 11 LAKEWOOD
PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat
Book 11, at pages 32 A, B, C and D,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Title to said property being from HOWARD W. SAMPSON, et al, by
Warranty Deed, dated February 21, 1969, and recorded in the Public
Records of St . Lucie County, Florida.
2. That your affiant and HENRY V. SCHADE, her husband,
did give a Mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of
Ft. Pierce, Florida, said Mortgage being recorded in Official Record
Book 175, at page 2870, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
said Mortgage on here and above described property.
3. Affiant states that the reference in the here and above
described Deed and Mortgage to her husband as HENRY "W" SCHADE,
was in fact, a scrivener error, and that in fact your affiant's husband,
~ now deceased, was HENRY V. SCHADE, and that HENRY W. SCHADE -
; and HENRY V. SCHADE were one and the same person as it appears
~ in the Death Certificate recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie
F County, Florida, in Official Record Book 196, at page 670.
