Florida, which lies West of the Old Dixie Highway
described as follows:
Begin at SW corner of the S~ of Lot 16 as above
described and run North 96.60 feet for point of
beginning, thence continue North 68.95 feet, ;
thence East 227.5 feet to the West line of Old
Dixie Highway, thence Southeasterly along the `

West 259.2 feet to point of beginning.
