WHEREAS, Exhibit B to the said Declaration of Condominium,
being the araphic Description of Condominium units, through error
and inadvertence, improper~y reflects ~he location and designation
of the Condominium units, in that the unit numbers as rePlected on
the said Exhibit B are reveraed from the physical location of the
units in the Condominium Building, ~
NOW THEREFORE, the said Declaration of Condominium be and is
hereby amended by deleting, ab initio, the Exhibit B attached and

~ therefore the amended Exhibit B attached hereto. It is the intent
