Clagett and Sandra S. Clagett, his wife, hereinafter called the Mortgagor. and Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, an Officer of the United States of America, and his successors ir~ sucn oirice, bs Sucn, and his or their assigns, hereinafter called the Mortgagee~ WITNESSETH, that for valuable considerations, the said Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the said !llortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the County of S t. Luc i e and State of Florida, described as follows: Lot 18, Block F, MARAVILIA ESTATES SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 8, page 77, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. - - Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mort~agor shall be entitled to collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here- after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol- lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the realty, and aze a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned. ~ ~ - TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said ltortgagor in and to the same, and every pazt and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
