In this instrument the singular shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. Ali nghts and obl~gat~ons under th~s mortgage shali ex~end to and be binding upon ihe respective
heirs, execu*ors, administrators, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
