For and in cons ideration of the sum of Ten and no/l00 Dollars
to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinafter

described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20, 1959, by and between North Beach Water Company,
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporati~n, a
Florida corporation. as recorded in Deed Book 245, Page 596~ and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27~ 1960, and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497~ of the official
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con-
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral :

Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property, ~
