This 1Mortgage, dated the 30th day of December A. D. 19 71 , by and between
Peter A. Bordonali and - Sandra Bordanali, his wife,
hereinafter called the Mortgagor, and Administrator of Veterans' Affairs, an Officer
of the United States of America, and his s~tp~ssors,~n such office, as
such, and his or their assigns, ~
hereinafter called the Mortgagee,
~VITNESSETH, that for valuable consider~tions, the said Mortgagor does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said Mortgagee and his assigns, all that certain parcel of land of which the said
I~lortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession, situated in the County of St. LuCie
and State of Florida, described as follows: Lot 16 Snd the Esst 20 feet of Lot 15 ,
Block 2, SABAL PAI~i SUBDIVISION,.as per the plat thereof filed August 31,
1954 and recorded in Plat Book~10, page 16, public records of St. Lucie
Coun~y, Florida.
Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land and the rents, issues
and profits of the above described property (provided, however, that the Mortgagor shall be entitled to
collect and retain the said rents, issues and profits until default hereunder); and all fixtures now or here-
after attached to or used in connection with the premises herein described and in addition thereto the fol-
lowing described household appliances, which are and shall be deemed to be, fixtures and a part of the
realty, and are a portion of the security for the indebtedness herein mentioned.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said
~iortgagor in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof, unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple.
The Mortgagor hereby covenants with the hiortgagee, that he is seized of said Iand in fee simple or
such other estate, if any, as is stated herein; and that said hiortgagor dces hereby fully warrant the title tc

` PAOVIDED ALWAYS, that if the 141ortgagor should pay to the Mortgagee that certain promissory

r form of mortgage, which is incorporated herein by reference as if set out herein in full, then these presents

said blank or master form of mortgage was recorded on February 13, 1970, in the Official Records of the
~ Clerk of the Circuit Court of the following counties in Florida in the Official Records Volume and at the
~ page designated after the name of each county, to-wit.: (except that it was recorcied in Bradford, Brevard,
~j Duval and Suwannee Counties on February 9, 1970, and in Dade County on February 10, 1970)
