lands to the waters of the St. Lucie River, upon payment of the
sum of Twenty Five Thousand ($25,000.00) Dollars of the principal
for each such release. Partial releases may commence at either
the North or the South boundaries; provided, however, that all
unreleased property shall remain contiguous.
All principal payments on the Mortgage shall be cumulative toward
partial releases and all principal payments or prepayments of the
principal shall apply to the next regular principal payment becoming
due.
