IT IS HEREBY AGREED, by and between AUXILIARY FLOTILLA 8, <

DIVISION 1, INC.~ a non profit corporation organized and existing . ;

under the laws of the State of Florida, and SEA SCOUT SHIP EDWIN BINNEY ;
404, parties to that certain Lease dated the 17th day of December, 1965
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and recorded in 4. R. Book 135 at Page 26,/that the Lease be modified °

by releasing the following described property from the said Lease:
Begin at a point where the North boundary of Lot 4, Block
25 of Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision, as per plat thereof
according to Plat Book 4, Page 58, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida intersects the Westerly right
of way line of State Road AlA; thence Southerly and Westerly
along the Westerly right of way line of State Road AlA to
a point wherein a line para11e1 to and ten (10) feet East
of the East wall of the Sea Scout cabin intersect~ the said
WesterZy right of way line of State Road AlA; thence from
said point run parallel to the East wall of the Sea Scout
cabin to the North shore of the Causeway Island and the
Indian River; thence meandering the North shore of the
causeway Island and the Indian River, run Easterly and
Northerly along said shore line to the Northwesterly bounaary
line of Lot 4, Block 25 of Fort Pierce Beach Subdivision;
` thence Northeasterly along the North boundary of said Lot
