NARL R. AVERY and IRENE M. SZUMSKI, being first duly sworn,
depose and ~y that on the 18th day of December, 1971, appeared
before them QUILLEY McMICKLE, and that in the presence of the
Affiants that certain Mortgage Deed and Note to which this
Affidavit is attached, was read over to the said QUILLEY
McMICKLE, and fully explained to him; that he stated that he
understood the nature of the said Mortgage Deed and Note and
the terms thereof and that he desired to execute same, but
was unable to read and the said QUILLEY McMICKLE was unable
; to write his name thereupon and said QUILLEY McMICKLE made
his "X" on said Mortgage Deed and Note for the purposes of
° executing the Mortgage Deed and Note, _
