between GEORGE F. FRANKLIN and MARGIELENE FRANIQ,IN, as Aaminis-
trators of the Estate of Althea F. Fulcher, deceased, Parties of
the First Part, and THE AI~STASIA CORPORATION, Party of the
Second Part, whose address is 500 South 4th Street, Fort Pierce, ~
Florida 33450,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The Parties of the First Part on the ~n day of November,
1971, pursuant to Order of the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, dated November 16, 1971, and in consideration of
the premises and the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm to the Party of the Second Part and
to its successors and assigns forever, that certain real grerertv
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 3 and the West 7.5 feet of vacated alley
lying immnediately east thereof, Block D, of a
re-subdivision of the property owned by Boule-
vard Development Company, as per plat thereof
on file in Plat Book 3, at page 3, of the pnblic
I records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
