WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 3rd day of January A.
D. 1972 by JO ANN RAULERSON SLOAN and THOMAS L. SLOAN, her
husband, hereinafter called the Grantor, to COW CREEK RANCH,
INC., whose post office address is: P..O. Box 2, Fort Pierce,
Florida, hereinafter called the Grantee:
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and
"grantee" include all the parties to this in-
strument and the heirs, legal representatives
and assigns of individuals, and the successors -
and assigns of corporations.)
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $10.00, and other valuable considerations, receipt
wher~c~i is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee,
all that certain land situate in St. ~,ucie County, Florida, ~

FORT PIERCE, as per plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 1, page 189, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to that certain mortgage to St. Lucie ~ ~
County Bank, dated January 30, ].969, recorded
February 6, 1969, in Official Record Book ;
175, at page 1936, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, which Grantee herein
assumes and agrees to pay.
