MORTGAGE ~
THIS MORTGAGE, Executed this S* day of - ll ~ 1971, by
M- W- G CORPORATION and LAKESIDE GARDENS, INC. , both Florida
. corporations~doing business as LAKESIDE PARK, hereinafter called the ;

That for divers good and valuable consideration, and in consideration of ;
the aggregate sum of money narried in the promissory note of even date here-
with, hereinafter described, the mortgagors do grant, bargain, sell, alien,
remise, release, convey and confirm unto the Association, in fee simple, the
following described real estate, of which the mortgagors are now seized and
posaessed and in actual possession, situate in the County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida, to wit: ~
From the Point of Beginning which is the northwest corner of the
NE',- of Section 27, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, run North 88°54'20" West along the north line of

tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereof, including all fixtures '

~ above described real estate, and any and all buildings and improvements now ~
~ or hereafter erected thereon. Such fixtures and articles of personal property ~
including, but without being limited to, all screens, awnings, storm windows
~ and doors, window shades, inlaid floor coverings, shrubbery, plants, stoves, ~ ~
~ ranges, refrigerators, boilers, tanks, furnaces, radiators, and all heating, j
lighting, cooking, plumbing, gas, electric, ventilating, refrigerating, irrigating ~

power, air-conditioning and incinerating equipment, systems, machines and
appliances of whatsoever kind and nature, specifically including all furniture,
~ furnishings and fixtures used in the operation of a mobile home park including the

recreational facilities made a part thereof, all of which fixtures and articles of ~
- personal property are hereby declared and shall be deemed to be fixtures and ;
accessory to the freehold and a part of the realty as between the parties hereto,
_ their successors and assigns, and all persons claiming by, through or under
them and shall be deemed to be a portion of the security for the indebtedness
~ herein mentioned and to be subject to the lien of this mortgage, and TOGETHER
WITH all renta, revenues, issuea, proceeds and profits of the above described
property, and also all the estate, rigbt, title, intereat, property, possession,
