in Section 9, Township 37 South, Range 41 East, Beginninq at a
point 600 feet Southerly from a monumental stone set about 50
feet westwardly from line of St. Lucie Sound on the :Vorth line of
Land Belonging to Messrs. Crabtree and Mason; thence Westerly and
at right angles with the St. Lucie Sound 1213 feet, more or less,
to the Savannah, thence Southerly alonq.the line of Savannah 173
feet; thence Easterly and parallel with the first line to the
St. Lucie Sound; thence Northerly alonq the line of St. Lucie
Sound 173 feet to place of beginninq, being a part of same land
conveyed to Rebecca J. Richards by Mary G. Morse and others
recorded in Book 3, pages 254, 255, 256, 257 and 258, June 8, 1882
BEGINNING at a point on the St. Lucie Sound in Section 9, Township
37 South, Range 41 East, it being the NE corner of lands belonginq
to D. P. Merwin and generally known as the Merwin place and run
along the line of the said Merwin place in a Westerly direction
and at right angles with the St. Lucie Sound 1213 feet more or
less to the Savannah; thence run North to the SW corner of lands
deeded by Thomas E. Richards and his wife to Everett J. Shattuck
June 6, 1882, as recor~ed in Deed Book B, Page 504, in the office
~f the Clerk of Brevard County, Florida; thence run along this
line in an Easterly direction (South by East) to the St. Lucie
Sound; thence meandering the St. Lucie Sound in a Southerly
direction to the place of beginning, and fronting the said St.
Lucie Sound about 35 feet, more or less, and containing 1 acre,
more or less.
LESS AND EXCEPTING that part of the above described property lying
West of the Florida East Coast Railroad.

BEGINNING at a concrete Monument on the East Right-of-Way Line of
the Florida East Coast :~ailway, Co., and the South line of lands
conveyed by Jos. Casper and Laura H. Casper to Henry L. Freeman
and Ruth H. W. Freeman, in Section 9, Township 37 South, Range
41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, by deed recorded in Deed Book
163, Page 430, St. Lucie County, Florida, public records; run
thence North 64°42' East, along the boundary common to Freeman
and Merwin, 559.25 feet to a concrete monument on the West side
of INDIAN RIVER DRIVE; thence continue North 64°42' East, 49 feet
to the West shore of INDIAN RIVER; thence meandering the West
shore of INDIAN RIVER, run North 19°38' West, 208.1 feet to the
North line of aforesaid FREEMAN land; thence South 64°04'18" West
along said North line, 47 feet to a pipe corner on the West side
of Indian River Drive; thence continue'South 64°04'18" West along
the North line of said FREEMAN land, 598.6 feet, to a concrete
monument on the East Right-of-Way Line of the Florida East Coast
Railway, Co., thence; Southeasterly alond said right-of-way, on a
1.9657° curve to riqht (Chord Brg. S. 30°41'30" East), 200.0 feet
to the Point of Beginning: Excepting right-of-way for Indian
River Drive Including Riparian rights. Containing 2.936 acres.
