The party of the first pai•t, who is presentl}~ the wife of the party of the ;
second part, is executing this conveyance for the purpose of divesting lierself ~
of any right, title or interest she might have in the above described property
by virtue of Warrant~~ Deed conveying such property to he r and second party
dated Februai-y 28, 1967 and recorded in O. R. I3ook 165, Page 1171 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. And the party of the first part
does covenant and agree that she will at any time upon request of the party of ~
tlle second part join in the execution of any deed conveying said property by

the pa-rty of the second part should the parties be at that time married to each
other,
TO HAVE AND TO HOI_D the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estat~
right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the said party of the first part,

either in law oi- equity, to the onl ~ proper use, benefit and behoof of the said
party of the second part.
