hereby acknowledged. to the undersigned in hand paid by
ABE HORNSTEIN AND NATALIE HORNSTEIN, HIS WIFE
; the owner(s) and holder(s) of a second mortgage against said
property, dated November 20,1971and recorded under Clerk's

in the Public Records of said County~ and in order to induce said
secor~d mortgagee(s) to give, close and disburse said second
mortgaAe, have and do hereby agree that during the terei of said
