NINTH: The Mortgagor hereby waives oll r~ghts of homestead ond exempt~on grcnted by the Constitution ond lows of ~
florida. It is ipecificolly agreed thot time i: of the essence in th~s controct ond thot no waiver by the Mortyagee of any obligation
hereunde? or of the obligatia+ secured hereby shall ot any time thereafter be held to be a waiver of the terms hereof or of the

TENTH: Upon any sale, ?ransfer or conveyance of the property herein deuribed and tovered by this mortgage to any
person, firm or corporation, not p?eviously app~oved in writing by the holder of this morf~age, the Mortqagee or holder shall have

be irutituted, the Mortgagee may, at ih option immediotrly or thereofter decla~e this mortgage ond the indebtedness secured
hereby due and payoble.
TWRFTH: Thot in the event the premises hereby mo~tgoged, or anr part thereof, sholl be co~demned and taken for public
~se under the power of cminent domoin, Me Mortgagee shall hove the right to demand that all damages owarded for the toking
of or damages to wid premises shall be poid to the Mortgagee, up to the amount then unpaid on this mortgage and M+e obligation

THIRTEENTH: Thot irutallmenh, porable under the ferms hereof and fhe note setured hereby, not poid whe~ dve, shail be
subject, after fifteen l15) doys from the due date thereof, to, and it is agreed Mortgagee shall cdlect thereon and therewith, o
"late chorge" in the amount of four per cent (4~) of the irutallment due upon eoth wd~ delinquent installment, and such "late
charges" are secured by the lien hereof.
