In consideration of the cash down payment made on the closing of the
=-s sale of the above described property, upon request of the mortgagor, the
mortgagee covenants and agrees by the acceptance of this mortgage to
release 1.127 acres of the above described property.as selected by the
mortgagor without payment of any further consideration therefor. The
; mortgagee further covenants and agrees to release additional lands from
the lien of this mortgage from time to time in increments of not less
~ than three (3) acres each as selected b the mortgagor at and for a
release price of Five Thousand Dollars ~($5,000.00) for each acre re- ~
~ leased. If any of the lands upon which a release from the mortgage has
~?~-_i ~ been requested have been subdivided and platted of record, then platted ~
lots shall be released upon payment of a release price for each lot
~ Js equal to the foregoing per acre release.price divided by the yield in
` platted lots per acre as shown by the subdivision plat. After the first
~ release, all lands released from the lien of this mortgage shall be
~ = contiguous to lands previously released from this mortqage. The
; mortgagee shall not be required to give any release while a default

~ W payments on the note secured by this mortgage whether such payment is
~ an annual principal payment or a prepayment of principal shall enti~le
