ALSO, all that certain piece or parcel of land situate.lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida. and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16 : Township 36 South, Range 40 East, running t'hence North 460. ?5 feet; thence ~est 16 chains, more or less, to the St. Lucie River; thence Southeasterly meandering said river to a point~due West of the place of beginning; thence East to place of ~ beginning, in said Section 16, containing 10 acres, more ar less. BEING the sarne premises title to which vested in Joseph Bottenfield, Sr. by deed of Emil W. Folbrecht~ et ux, dated May 2I, 1954, and recorded in the ~ office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Deed Book 191, page 253.
