said Joseph Bottenfield died on the day of . 19~. thereby
vesting full and complete title in the Grantor herein.
. ALSO, all that certain piece or parcel of land situate.lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida. and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16
: Township 36 South, Range 40 East, running t'hence North 460. ?5 feet; thence ~est
16 chains, more or less, to the St. Lucie River; thence Southeasterly meandering
said river to a point~due West of the place of beginning; thence East to place of

beginning, in said Section 16, containing 10 acres, more ar less.
BEING the sarne premises title to which vested in Joseph Bottenfield, Sr.
by deed of Emil W. Folbrecht~ et ux, dated May 2I, 1954, and recorded in the ~
office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Deed Book
191, page 253. The said Joseph Bottenfield, Sr. died on the ~ day of ~ ,
196~, and by his Last will and Testament devised all of his property, including
i the aforedeBCribed property to hie wife, Sarah Ann Bottenfield. the Grantor herein.
