1. Whenever GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, its sucvessote ~ a~igns, shall notify

nated by the undersigned from time to time) that the said premises ~e not in a recs~oaahle state of

2. Ii the undersigned shall fail or refuse to accomplish the required repmrs or mcantenanve,
etc., within the prescribed tirne, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT C~RPORATION, its su~cessars or esssiqt~s,
acting by and through its duly authorized agents may come upon the premises for the purpose o! doing
the necessary work. Provided, however, tnat such work shall be limited to lawn cmd ycad mcuntencmoe
~ ta prevent an overgrown or unkempt appecacmce, and to painting cmd minor repairs to the ezterior of
