1971, between LUCILE H. SMITH, as Executrix of tYie Estate of
HOWARD V. SMITH, deceased, party of the first part, and ST. LUCIE
COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Trustee of the Trusts under
the Will of HdWARD V. SMITH, deceased, P.O. Box 8, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450, party of the second part,

Party of the first part, pursuant to an Order of Distri-
bution entered by The Honorable Mallory L. Johnson, County Judge
of Martin County, Florida, in Probate Case No. 2817, Martin County
Judge's Court Records, dated September 3, 1971, and in consider-
ation of the premises and other good and valuable consideration ~
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases,
conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, and its
