IF ANY PAY~IT is not made within thirty (30) days after it is due, the entire unpain

cise that option shall not waive the right to exercise it in event of a subsequent default

I~ CASE of the fail:ire of the Buyer(s) to make any of the payments herein designated, or

ieited and terminated, and the Buyer(s) shall forfeit all payments made bS him (them) on
~ this contract, and such payments shall be retained by the Seller in full satisfaction and
~ in liquidation of all damages by them sustained; and the Seller shall have the ri~ht to
~ re-enter and talce possession of the premises af oresEid without being liable to anv action :

~ deed and for the recording of the mortgage. The Buyer(s) sh~ll pay for recording the deed~
~~ie intangible tax on the mortgage and the documentary stamps on the note. The Seiler
reserves the right at any time when any part of the principal and interest due on this
~ ;~~reement has not been paid to require the purchaser to deliver to the Seller ~ purchase
R ~onep pronissory note and mort~age, in standard form commonly used in Florid~, and to
~ receive from the seller in exchange therefor a~YFU'ranty Deed conveying the title of the
property from the Seller to the Purchaser, xdiich Desd and ~rtgage may be recorded at the
~ option of the Purchaser.
