The Grantor as owner of the real property located in St. Lucie County,
Florida descritied in the attache;: nPurchase A~ree~nt for Deed" being a
portjon of Section 14 and/cr a portion of Section 23, lbwnship 36 South~
Ran;e 40 East, desi:es to and does hEreby impose upon the ssid real
property th~ following restrictions and covenants;

1. My residential constructio:~ on the premises shall contain
not less than 1,000 square feet of living area exclusive of car-
K portes, attached garage and porches.

~ 2. No live stock, excepting only horses and cattle~ shall be

kept or maintained on the pre mises at any time.

~ 3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the premises for
~ commercial purgoses.

~ 4. No dog kennels, cat kennels or other kennels may be maintained
on the premises at any time for commercial purposes. '
5. 1Y~ere shall not be created or permitted to exist on any part
of the said property any dumping grounci, accumulations of debris,

exposed garbage~ or any foul smelling matter r~fiatsoever.

~ 6. No tents, shacks, or other structure of a temporary character

covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it shall be lawful for

the person o: persons violating or atteag~ting to violate the same ~

- and either to prevent him or them from so doing or to recover
damages for such viola:ion.

8. The foregoing restrictions, covenants, burdens and servitudes
shall run with the land ar.d shall remain in full force and effect
= until June 1, 1982 at which time they shall sutomaticalZy become
u; null and void and of no further effect.
