property t:~s following restrictlons and covenants;

l. Any resi~entia3 constructiuz on the premises shall contain
not less than 1,000 square feet of living area exclusive of car-
4 portes, attached garage and porches.

~ 2. No live stock, excepting only horses and cattle, shall be
kept or maintained on the premises at any time. '

~ 3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the premises for

~ 4. No dog keruiels, cat kennels or other kennels may be maintained
- on the premises at any time for commercial purposes. i

5. lhere shall not be created ar permitted to exist on any part
of the said property any dumping ground, accumulations of debris,

6. No tents, shacks, or other structure of a temporary character

7. If any person shall violate or attempt to violate any of the
