~ Ran~e 40 East, desi~es to and does hereby im.pose upon the said real

F property the following restrictions and cavenants; ±

~ 1. Any resi3ential constructio:~ on the premises shall contain
¢ not less than 1,000 square feet of living area exclusive of car-
~ portes, attached garage and porches. ~

a 2. No live stock, excepting only horses and cattle~ shall be
~ kept or maintained on the premises at any time.

3. No poultry shall be kept or maintained on the premises for

covenants, restrictions or easements herein, it shall be lawful for

s~ctions to Frosecute any proceedings at law or in equity against ~
the person o: persons violating or attempting to violate the same
- and either to prevent him or them from so doing or to recover
damages for such violation.
8. The foregoing restrictions, covenants, burdens and servitudes
- shall run with the land ar.d shall remain in full force and effect
until June 1, 1982 at which time they shall automatically becorr~e
null and void and of no further effect.
