EXCEPTING, THEREFROM, HOWEVER, all rights of way to Florida Power and Light
Company, for an electric transmission and distribution line and all easements
and rights of way held by the City of Fort Pierce, Florida for the laying
and maintaining of water mains and other utilities in respect to the East
10 feet of said property.
The grantees herein assumes and agrees to pay that purchase money mortgage
