ALICE H. PECKELIS, who, after first being duly sworn, deposes
and says;
That on June 19, 1946, CHARLES H. PECKELIS and ALICE H.
PECKELIS took title to the following described real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:

BEACH, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 8, page 29 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida;
