THIS AGREEMENT made this 7th day of January,
1972, between SPEAR LYON GROVES, INC., a corporation, party
of the first part, and LYON CITRUS GROVES, INC., a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida,
party of the second part:
W I T N E S S E T H: '
That the party of the first part, the holder of a
certain note conditioned for the payment of Thirty Thousand

($30,000.00) Dollars, made by LYO\ CITRUS GRO~'ES, INC. on the
~ 13th day of June, 1969, on which there is due the sum of Thirty
